My Woodworking Project is Done. Hello summer!

1-1/2 years ago, Leslie asked me to make a homework center for the children to replace the microwave cart and boxes we were using to store their papers, colors and laptop.
It is made out of solid cherry with a clear Watco Danish Oil finish.
The drawer slides are hidden under the drawers. The joints are either fitted and glued or glued and screwed with hidden pocket-hole screws.

The kids are glad to have their daddy back on his days off!

Doug,

Lois and I are SO IMPRESSED at your
beautiful custom made work station.
Congratulations. If Medicine doesn't work out for you, you will
always be able to make a living as a furniture maker. First Chippendale now Morrissey.

That's Incredible! Beautiful work, Doug! Who says smart guys can't work with their hands. We really enjoyed the Birthday shots too.

Wow! Beautifully done, Doug. I'm sure Leslie appreciates having her space organized and so attractive.
