Today I overheard a "yoga" session - Shannon was leading Christopher through. It was different, however, as Shannon was saying, "Exhay-ell, wun, two, thray, that's good. Keep it cummin'..." I guess I owe her Southern accent to all of the leaders on my fitness tapes with thick Southern accents.

I also had never witnessed a session with "snow angels" as a pose before.
