The pictures are a door, the servant girl and the king who had leprosy. This story is loosely based on the story of Naaman the Leper from the Old Testament.

Aaron had a Star Wars party the night before his birthday. Note the action figures on his cake.

The Star Wars party included a 40 minute lightsaber battle royale in our basement, with blacklights and fluorescent ligth sabers. It was cool. A 6 foot tall 175 pound Sith Lord even showed up with a double-bladed light saber to put the young padewan learners to the test. They did well.

On Aaron's Birthday, he also had the last day of his soccer season. It was an tournament, with eight 12-minute games. That is 96 minutes of hard-kicking fun, and twice what he normally plays. He scored at least 1 goal on every Sunday so far, and he was hopeful he would score one today. This is a video of his fourth (but not his prettiest) goal of the day and his last goal of the season.
